As your wedding professional, We will act in three roles.
1. Reception Coordinator: You will have a personalized
planning meeting to go over even the smallest details of your
event. Music selection is only the beginning. We will create a
detailed agenda that is tailored to meet all of your needs, with a
time line detailing specific events such as dinner/refreshments,
the toast, special dances, dedications and much more. You will
also have unlimited one on one consultations prior to and after
your planning meeting, via telephone.
2. Master of Ceremonies: As your "MC" it is our job to make
everything on your agenda happen. We will work hand in hand
with all of your wedding professionals including photographers,
videographers and venue management to insure that everything
goes as planned on the day of the event. The Bride & Groom,
their parents, families and guests can relax, enjoy the event and
leave the work to us!
3. DJ: As your DJ, we will play the music that YOU want to
hear. We can IF REQUESTED, teach dances or get as involved
in the dance floor AS YOU LIKE. We can greet you and your
wedding party with drinks upon arrival unless prohibited by your
specific venue management. It is our job to cater to your every
need on your big day!
We will arrive at your event fully prepared with a complete back
up sound system that includes CD players, a mixing board,
microphone and amplifier. Our back up sound system is
assembled as a system. We do not have to diagnose equipment
problems on your time and switch components to fix the problem.
If trouble arises, we simply unplug the speakers and plug in the
back up system with minimal down time of fewer than five
minutes. We are an insurance policy for your event!
Elite Entertainment is fully insured. A certificate of liability
insurance can be provided upon request.
